"I don't know," replied Ryouga, who was getting tired of her constant griping. He knew that they had to get back, but she had been going one for the last fourty minutes, and it didn't seem like she was going to stop.
"Didn't ya see anythin'?"
"I was kinda busy, remember?"
"Just great! Of all the guys that I had ta get stuck with, I had ta be with one who couldn't find the door if he was lookin' at it!"
"It's not like I was trying!"
"Yeah, but we're still lost, ya know."
"Yes, I know."
"And now cause of you, we gotta find our way back using stupid trackin' techiques..."
Growling, Ryouga stomped over to the redhead and leaned his face within centimeters of hers. "Listen! I wasn't trying to do anything! This isn't my fault! You could have paid just as much attention to where we were going as I was! But no, we were to screwed up on whatever Mousse used to do anything! I'm sick and tired of your yelling at me for something that I couldn't control!"
"I..."
"NO! I'm not going to take it anymore! I've been trying to be nice about it since I did... that with you! But I'm getting close to trying to pound some sense into you. So shut up, and leave me alone!"
"Ryouga...I..."
"What?"
"I'm sorry."
"Huh?"
"I guess I'm kinda freaked out and wanted ta get back fast. Only I sorta took it out on ya when I couldn't."
"You're... apologising?"
"I'm tryin' ta."
"Umm... Ranma apologising... er... too wierd... Let's go."
"Okay..."
Shaking his head in confusion, Ryouga walked to the woods with her following.
Two and a half hours later, Ranma spoke up again. "Uh, Ryouga?"
The Lost Boy glanced over his shoulder. "Yeah?"
"'Bout me apologisin'..."
"What about it..?"
"Don't ya start thinkin' that it's gonna be a regular thing. When we get back ta normal, I'm gonna be back ta kickin' yer rear."
"No, you won't."
"Huh?"
"I'm going to defeat you."
"In your dreams."
"No, for a fact."
"Um..."
"What?"
"Do you know where we are?"
Ryouga stopped in his tracks and looked around. He tried to find a landmark of some sort and then stared off into nothing. "Ranma..."
"Yeah?"
"Where on Earth are we now?"
"Ya got me. But let's get goin', okay?"
He shrugged and the two of them kept on walking until they found a change in the scenery, which happened to be a:
