There is no creature more bloody minded than your typical pre-teen boy, and Santa has been their main arnament dealer for centuries. Not only has he designed an arsenal of offensive devices, he has tested and proved out everyone. From simple yo yos, to the most diabolical multi function comando weapon of the modern age. And lets not even get into the hundreds of fighting games demanded by the latest video games. Saintly Santa is death in a sleigh to any would be mugger with his eyes on Santa's bag of goodies.
It therefore stands to reason that Santa would find the Nerima area of Japan an excellent place to get in shape for his big night. That is why two weeks before Christmas, he was roof hopping, and when our story begins.
