Okay, a not so tiny change. It was like copying a picture file from another database and doing a cut and paste onto another picture, and then using an "autofix" to make it fit. Tiny in size on a world level, but not so tiny in potential along a more individual size.
Prior to the wish, the country hadn't existed, much less been wealthy enough to qualify as making him rich.
Rich by Mihoshi's standards at that.
Fortunately, this WAS a Ranma universe, and having a hidden island nation was easy enough. Just look at Togenkyo, which hadn't happened yet in this particular timeline - and now might never happen at all.
The Island Of Beautiful Women had been rumored to exist for centuries. Now it existed in a category other than 'pipe dream' - and was similar to Toma's Isle Of Togenkyo in some respects.
Shaped vaguely like a giant turtle, the Isle Of Gonyoh produced components that cosmetic companies the world over eagerly snapped up for their own products. Like Togenkyo, Gonyoh had a magical spring. Two actually. One produced natural spring water and had been added a few centuries ago by a powerful mage. The other had been on the island since the very beginning and was the more Togenkyo-like. Instead of turning those its waters touched into men like Togenkyo, it had the opposite effect. Those touched by the Waters Of Beauty became pretty and female.
Male children were often sent elsewhere to live, for reasons that might be obvious. Any not sent elsewhere would eventually be joining the female majority after all.
"Jusenkyo?" asked one of the women in charge, Aerith by name.
"Yes, milady," agreed the spy. "If touched by cold water, he turns into a girl. If touched by hot water, reverts to a boy."
The other women in charge of the household exchanged glances, obvious thoughts about this going on.
"Have you tested this?" asked Aerith. "Does this 'Jusenkyo' override the waters of Munyoo?"
"Yes, it took time to find another cursed by Jusenkyo identically. When splashed by Munyoo the Jusenkyo curse activates. Hot water still turns him back to male," said the spy.
"Then the heir to the throne may return to Gonyoh," said Aerith, her voice thoughtful. "He need not fear Munyoo's transformation."
"He must be brought here immediately then," said one of the other department heads.
"Make it so," agreed another.
