“So, what are we goin’ to start with today?” she asked.
“Stretching”, exclaimed Vash. “We have to build up your reflexes and flexibility.”
“Stretching?”
Vash nodded. “Stretching. You should always strech before a workout, and it makes you more agile”
Rogue nodded. “What do you want me to do first?”
Vash rubbed his chin. “How about abdominal stretching?”
Rogue nodded. “Okay. How do Ah do that?”
“Stand straight. Put your arms over your head, lock your finger together palms up, not just stretch your back and arms”
Rogue nodded, and did so. Vash quickly realized that maybe stretching wasn’t the best idea, at least from a personal standpoint. The stretch made Rogue’s chest heave forward and up.
Oh, this was going to be a long day...
Vash and Rogue when through several more stretches, most of which had Rogue bending in ways very pleasing to the eyes. The worst were the partner-assisted stretches which left Vash having to grasp her in many personal places.

“Okay, that’s the last stretch,” Vash stated with some relief. Man, after this he’d need a nice bucket of cold water to dump over his head.
“So, what do Ah have to do now?” asked Rogue.
Vash smiled, and pulled out a tennis ball. “Dodge this.”
He threw it at her, beaming her in the forehead. It bounced back towards him and he caught it.
“Hey! What the hell is that?!” she exclaimed, “You nevah said you were goin’ to be throwin’ stuff at me!”
Vash shrugged. “Best way to learn to dodge is by dodging.”
Rogue scowled. “Now, that just has to be another way!”
“Can you think of one?”
Rogue blinked. “No...”
“Neither can I. Now dodge!”
------------------
Rogue felt like hell. For the last two hours she’d been forced to dodge that damn tennis ball. She had to admit that she was getting better at it. Vash was only getting a hit maybe ever one out of ten throws, and she was not falling on her butt nearly as much. Sill, she felt like a human punching bag.
Vash threw the ball at her straight and true.
Rogue stepped to the side lazily as the ball missed her by mere inches. It was almost getting easy.
“Okay, Rogue. That’s enough”
With a sigh, her shoulder slumped in relief. “Thank god.”
“You’re doing well.”
Rogue smiled. While his training methods were almost cruel, Vash was a very patient and helpful teacher. She was lucky to have him... even if she wanted to clock him. “Thanks Vash.”
“No need to thank me, I really mean it.”
Rogue smiled with pride. She was actually impressing Vash the Stampede, most infamous gun in the wastes. She couldn’t help feeling a little giddy. “Vash, Ah really got some knots in my back from all that jumpin’ around.”
Vash sighed, and blushed slightly. “You want to do some stretches?”
She nodded. “Got anything good for the uppah back?”
“Well, I know this one partner stretch.”
“What’s that?”
Vash waked over to Rogue. “Stand straight.”
She nodded and did so.
“Cross your forearms and take my hands.”
Rogue did so.
“Now just extend your arms, and sit back like you’re in a chair.”
They both sat back holding each other up.
“This feels pretty good... my back is feeling better...”
“Good to...YIPE!”
Vash was not able to finish his sentence as the earth he’d been standing on had not exactly been stable, and his foot slipped. Vash fell backwards and to the ground. His fall caused Rogue to be lurched forward, and she landed on him, face to face and pinning him in place with tangled limbs.
The two laid on the ground, face to face, eye to eye in a very intimate possession and...
