Faerie King Ranma/Rose Angel: Where is Ranma? [Episode 51545]

The labrynith was made to test the mettle of any woman seeking to wed the new Fae King, Ranma. So, where was the Wild Horse during all this?

He's been in stasis...don't want him growing old before the contest is ended...
The Fae realm doesn't work on the same time schedule, he thinks a week has passed...
He's been the king all this time, just without a queen to sit by his side...
The original Ranma has long since grown old and passed on, but one of his descendants (by concubines so there has been no queen in all this time) sits on the throne currently...
As above, but there are several descendants each claiming the throne, the Seelie realm is disorganized (more so than usual) and the various heirs are watching the labyrinth cloesly in order to snag whoever wins as wife and proof of their right to the throne...but what about that one heir that doesn't really care about the throne?
