Kodachi was in a fog as she wandered about town not yet fully in the grip of the flu, but getting there. She had started out to seek some herbs to ease her illness, but now, she wasn't certain where she was at all.

She wasn't paying decent attention to what was happening when she bumped into someone.

"Watch you step, peasant," Kodachi said in a haze to the man she could only identify as a gaijin.
