As Moreau was only interested in punishing Japan, he had arranged certain things to be sure that the flu would stay in Japan.
You see, the cure for the Moreau flu was very simple, really. Motion sickness, or at least the sensations that cause it. Travel by ship or plane for more than thirty minutes or so would kill the flu before it could incubate. And it was only contaigious by incubation.
Of course, by the time anybody figured that out, it would be too late.
For now, Kodachi was finding that she had wandered somewhat far afield of Nerima and had encountered this gaijin.
