After all, they hadn't really had any times where the daimon had been still alive following the fight. They had no idea of what it would take to care for the dog girl. What they needed was to be able to know all that one would need to know about daimons. But that would be a problem what with the fact that the enemy wasn't about to have a guided tour of the daimon manufacturing process that they could take.
So she sat before the fire and meditated on the problem. She reached for that single point where she could find some kind of message in the flames. And come they did...
A whimpering dog...
Flashes of blonde hair...
Steam blowing into her face...
Being inside of some sort of metal box...
And of some flash of light...
It just came in bursts, confusing her as to what they could mean. All she could tell was that they likely had something to do with the daimon. Though, what they were trying to tell her, she didn't know.
What she could do was to sit there and catch her breath while:
