"No Lord Talon."
"What Ionis said."
"I see. Does anyone know what that flash of light was this morning that woke me up?"
"I do Lord Talon."
Everyone jumped as Daishi suddenly appeared in the room. Talon glared at his Ninja. "Just what was it then?"
"A powerful blast of Ki energy. I would not even had known about it if there hadn't been a build-up in Ki before the blast."
Talon rolled his eyes, at times Daishi, formerly known as Galford, didn't make any sense what-so-ever. "Daishi make sense will you?! What do you mean?"
Daishi nodded his head, "Of course Lord Talon. This morning, just as the sun began to rise I felt a Ki user in a fight not far from here. I went to investigate and I saw a man, about eight feet tall, blonde hair, wearing a pin-stripe shirt and a choker collar take on a Werecat of some sort."
Talon raised an eyebrow, "Britanny Diggers? Or maybe that Jaguar Werecat that is staying at the Diggers? Ionis what was his name again?"
"His name was Gar."
"Ah yes, Gar. So was it one of them?"
Daishi shook his head, "No sir, it was a Werecat that I've never seen before, black pelt, eight-foot-two to eight-foot-three, a long tail, six to eight inch long fangs and he was really strong."
Talon raised an eyebrow, "How strong? And just how powerful is this Werecat?"
"He was capable of tossing around someone who looked to be about 300 pounds like a rag doll. And his power level, as well as the one he fought, is on par with my own, if what his Ki levels were any indication." Of course Daishi didn't realize that niether were going full out. Benji had his collar/limiter on and it kept him from going full out. And Ranma wasn't even trying very hard. If Daishi knew this, he would've said other wise. Daishi then blinked as he remembered something, "Oh yes, from his stance and the way that this Werecat walked and moved he is at least as skilled as I am."
Ionis and Zelda looked at one another and shuddered, a Werecat who's power and skill rivaled Daishi's? They did not want any part of that. Britanny Diggers was bad enough, and the only reason that she was able to beat Daishi was because of her super speed and strength, not to mention her super healing. Hell, even with all of those abilities, Daishi was still able to fight Britanny Diggers fairly evenly and had even beaten her up on a few occasions.
Pee Wee thought about it, a Werecat that was powerful and skilled? There had to be something in his DNA that made it so. "I want his DNA!"
"Don't look at me!"
"What Zelda said."
"I'll do it. A wise man once said that it is better to meet a lion in his den, than to pay $3.50 for a circus ticket."
Everyone looked at him for awhile. Zelda got her wits back, "Daishi, that makes no sense."
Daishi shook his head, "Of course none of you would get it, no offense Lord Talon. What it means is, is that to get the true thrill of seeing a lion it is better to meet it in its den where you can be killed, than to go and see it at the circus where you are safe."
Talon nodded, "I see, to truly understand how good this Werecat is, you want to battle him for yourself, right?" Daishi nodded, and Talon shrugged, "Fine, do what you want to, just get me his DNA."
"My room!"
Gar: "I can't believe all the single women spoke up at once."
