Doom looked at his recruits. Five Dark Generals to oppose the Sailor Senshi. At the right Gendo Rokubungi stood, his prison garb swapped for a black and green uniform and sunglasses. Beside him stood Yui Ikair, the woman he had married in that alternate universe. Despite wearing a uniform that differed from Gendo's only by the addition of a skirt, she seemed utterly unlike the man she stood beside.
'Ah, how appearances can deceive.' Doom contemplated as he looked at the pair. Yui was like Gendo, a natural schemer. Indeed Doom suspected that between the two Yui might be the more cunning and ruthless. 'Still, the attraction that they felt in the other world is present here as well. So they will feel each other out, putting off any major conspiracy's against me until they understand each other's response.'
Looking to the next group, he almost sighed at the sight of Mimette making her breasts grow. He had designed her new robotic body with considerable shape shifting ability's, which she clearly had little interest in truly exploiting.
Beside Mimette, Jadeite stood, looking like he was about to burst into tears. The former Dark General had not gotten over the trauma of his imprisonment, a trauma compounded by the dissolution of Mettallia's controlling enchantments. He had however pledged allegiance to Doom within seconds of his freedom, and seemed to be trying to use that allegiance to push aside his experiences.
"And now it's time." Doom spoke simply. "I have chosen you for your minds, your knowledge, your ability's. And now it's time you knew why."
A large screen activated, revealing images of all the Sailor Senshi. "The Sailor Senshi. As most of you know, they are a great deal more than urban legends."
The image shifted to the moon, zooming in on the moon queen's palace. "Thousands of years ago, there was a magical kingdom on the moon. It was destroyed with the unwilling aid of Jadeite here, however as her last act the dying queen used her power to enable her daughter, her lover, and her royal guard to experience a lesser transmigration."
The images shifted to pictures of Usagi, Ami, Rei, Minako, Makoto, Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna, Hotaru and Mamoru. "The lesser transmigration caused their reincarnated selves to hold most of their former lives powers, along with bits and pieces of their memories. When the powers were awoken, she Sailor Senshi were born. At which point destiny stepped in."
A picture of the Silver Crystal appeared on the screen. "This was the key of the Moon empire's power. The crystal is powerful beyond description. And using that power, one of the old queens of the moon kingdom had altered the laws of reality, bending destiny to their service. Thanks to those modifications, Destiny was compelled to push the reincarnated princess to rise to rulership, however there was no throne for her to rise to, and she lacked the conquerors spirit to seize one."
The image began to show a frozen and ice covered world. "So, destiny began to push toward the unleashing of a catastrophe which would destroy all other government on earth, and force the princess to create a throne of her own. Through destiny's manipulations the world was frozen, to be thawed only by the ascendant moon queen. And the experience with the cause of the freeze had convinced her that only by purging the dark potential from the hearts of her subjects could her new kingdom be peaceful."
Doom brought up the image of the reality bomb. "However with my assistance a local sorcerer, has recently undone the changes to the laws of reality, freeing destiny from its shackles. Destiny's long manipulations however have not been undone, and there are some who still seek to force the world to keep to that original path. That cannot be allow."
"Your primary goal is a simple one."
