"Excuse me, Hitomi-chan, what did you say?" [Episode 560]

Akechi frantically cut his hand across his throat hopefully to encourage her to stop talking. It didn't work.

"My first day back in town and you're hanging all over that..." Hitomi was stopped by a hand on her shoulder. She turned to look at who dared interfere and saw herself looking into a rather serious looking Akane Saotome's face. "Uhh...ha ha ha Saotome-san...I didn't see you there."

"I guessed that," Akane said. Ranma, meanwhile, was interrogating their son, silently still, but interrogating nonetheless. "Shall we call your mother?"

"Uh...heh...heh..." Hitomi said nervously. "Do I have a choice."

"No!" both parents said at once, taking the pair of kids inside. As they sat there with Ranma and Akane making the call, Hitomi leaned over to Akechi.

"Why didn't you tell me your parents were there?" she asked.

"I tried," Akechi frowned.

"This is all your fault you know," Hitomi groaned.

• "What's this about sleeping with ANOTHER woman? As if you've already slept with one?" "I want to hear what you have to say too, young lady." "But Mom, its all his fault."
• "It won't be that bad," Akechi said. "What's the worse they can do to us?"
• "Sheesh, its not like they didn't have children before they were married."
• "We just play dumb, I mean how much evidence of girl/girl sex is there?"
• "Now they think we're sleeping together!!"
• "We, your parents have decided to introduce the two of you to an American custom." "It's called the shotgun wedding." "In this case we'll call it the spatula/mallet wedding." "Ranma, this is not a time for jokes."
