She stepped into the bathroom and quickly stripped out of the hastily slapped on bedclothes she had walked out of her room with. A moment later the shower was on and the Ctarl-Ctarl was letting the water wash away all the physical evidence of what had just happened.
She ran over the events in her head as she leaned against the cold tile in the pour of the shower. She and Gene had been left alone and had started the usually yelling fit.
She seemed to remember some argument about holding one's liquor and a challenge involving a Ctarl-Ctarl whiskey. And then...everything was blank until that...Aisha shivered in remembered pleasure despite herself...wake up this morning. She needed to remember to train herself to wake up quicker, she'd thought that was a dream, (or maybe some of the liquor from last night was still clouding her thoughts) until she was well along the act.
And then learning it was Gene she was sleeping with. She hadn't been clear on her response to that discovery. Even now she was confused by the sensations that discovery had caused. And then...he had to say THAT!
Aisha snapped a powerless punch against the wall, not even hard enough to damage it, as she slid down in the shower and curled up in the downpour, letting the shower wash away the tears streaming down her face.
"My life is ruined..." she muttered to herself.
