Akane was already a dog and so just removing the curse and using it to alter her to anthromorph was the easiest thing to do.
So Ranma had a tall mousewife, a fruity batgirl, and a dog waiting for him.
Delivery was being arranged of the three to the Tendo Dojo even as Ranma woke up
