She was rather the picture of someone about to do a very dirty job and dreading it every moment.
Certainly she was dressed up in smooth, professional attire, and she was the picture of grace and power on the surface. But it was the little things, like how her mouth kept twitching, or she tapped her fingers on every surface she came across that communicated her dislike of this tradition.
Before leaving the house she'd ruthlessly crush these little fidgets, but Konatsu still saw them. At first he'd thought it was because she simply didn't like the other girls, but as time passed, and Ukyou was on the verge, several times, of trying to tell him something before something scared her off, he began to think of something else.
There was some secret about these meetings that was dark and disturbing Ukyou greatly. She was turning more depressed and distant as time passed and Konatsu didn't know what to do about it except...
