"Do you know what this is about?" Makoto asked the Senshi of Time.
Setsuna lifted her shoulders in a small shrug. "Not really, but if what I think is true, it is likely that they have met the enemy."
"That would make rather important to inform us of that," Ami commented.
"Precisely. And with the nature of the message and how we lost communications with Venus only moments earlier, that is likely the case."
"I hope that they're all right," said Usagi.
"They should be here right about..."
A knock at the door had several of the Senshi reaching for their Transformation Pens as Makoto went to answer the door. Slowly she pulled it open with the others watching for any foul play. But it was somewhat safe as Rei and Minako stumbled through the door looking rather tired.
"Now."
The Senshi of Jupiter closed the door and tossed the older woman a look before heading to check on her friends. "Hey, are you two okay?"
"Just fine," drawled Rei.
Minako gave a snort. "If you call having to fight the scenery."
"Uhh... I don't think that's exactly it," Ami said, "But you did meet the enemy? What did you have to fight."
"A tree and canal water."
"What?"
"It's true," agreed the Senshi of Fire, "We got attacked by a tree and a whole lot of canal water. Which wasn't the strangest thing."
"If it wasn't, then what was?"
"They talked."
Hotaru blinked. "Water talked?"
"Uh-huh," said a nodding Senshi of Love, "They told us that to get away."
"Hold on a moment," said Makoto, "The enemy told you to escape?"
"They did," Rei replied, "Apparently they didn't want to attack us, but had to."
"Why did they have to?"
"They said that they were enslaved to someone else, and they wanted us to help free them."
"Oh! The poor things!" said Usagi.
"So the enemy is using slaves to try to destroy us?" asked Ami.
"Not really."
"Then what?"
"She wants to enslave us too. They warned us to get away before she got us like she did our sister, whatever that means."
Looking pensive, Ami said, "That could mean Haruka."
"What?!" blurted Michiru.
"Well, think about it. The closest that we have to a sister that is missing is her."
"They could be lieing. It could be some sort of trick."
"It could be. Then again, it might be that they were telling the truth."
"But how do we save Haruka-papa if it is?" asked Hotaru.
"Near as I can tell, perhaps Sailor Moon's powers could do it."
"We might have to speak with the Djinni," put in Setsuna.
Michiru scowled. "Then they have something to do with this?"
"Maybe, or maybe not. At the very least, they may know this sort of magic. And if they were involved, it would be best to know as soon as possible."
The assembled Senshi looked at each other while:
