In Cologne's case, it was both. She was hopping along the street after having gone to a few places that she'd had to. Most, such as the bank or a meeting with the local shopkeeper's group, were things that only she could do. Others... definately had to be done by her, though they had nothing to do with the Nekohaten. These were not things that she would want her greatgranddaughter to know about until the time was right.
Having done her errands, she was heading all the way back when she had noticed something that she had not seen in quite a while. Not that she had been looking for it, but it was a familiar sight indeed. It was the length of time since the last time that had caught her eye.
The familiar form of Pantyhose Tarou was rushing along the street. When she had seen him last he had been after Happi, but since then he hadn't been around. That must have been... years since she had laid eyes upon him. Habit told her that he was back with some new attempt to get the pervert to change his name, but instinct told her otherwise.
Which was why she went after him, while:
