"Yeah, you don't have to kill Nabiki for..." Ranma said. "Wait a minute!"

Akane and Ukyou had backed the flippant snake girl out into the courtyard when something landed on top of the courtyard wall...and skated along the stone, pausing for a moment.

"AHH!!" the blonde menace declared, while something struggled in her arms. "Its real thieves of Charlotte!"

"Urk!" Nabiki and Ukyou shouted. "It's HER!!!"

"Ukyou-Sama!!" the bundle in Azusa's arms declared. "HELP!!"

"Is that? Tsubasa?" Ukyou asked.

"You mean Azusa's the one that..." Akane didn't get to finish her sentence as Azusa waved some sort of wand a flash of light covered her and Ranma. By the time it was gone, Azusa had skated on.

"Azusa come back for pretties later!" was the departing call. "Is very busy with Henrietta!!"

As for the reluctant betrotheds...

• ...both were the same kind of animal.
• ...Ranma was a (insert cute non-carnivore) and Akane was (something that eats what Ranma is)
• ...reverse the above.
• ...the newly transfurred martial-artists set off after Azusa with a vengeance...only to collide with the trail of Azusa's other victims (Kodachi, Shampoo, the adoptive Tendos, the cheerleader,...so on and so forth) causing her to be lost by all.
• ...chase after the skater but are impededed by...
• ...something completely unexpected happened.
