The doorbell jingled madly, as Ranma raced out of the shop, Shampoo happily bouncing after him.
<Boing... boing... boing...> "Wait for little Shampoo, Airen!" Parts of her anatomy were bouncing in a counter-rhythm, creating an almost hypnotic effect.
Akane and Ukyou shared a look, then ran after the two at once.
The Furries 4 U clerk blinked and went to the door, looking at the chase that was racing up and down the street. Ranma was in front, Shampoo bouncing right behind him, followed by Ukyou and finally Akane, running to catch up. They ran down the street and around acorner out of sight - only to appear again up on the roofs, racing in the opposite direction.
"Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"
<Boing... boing... boing...> "Airen is so shy!"
Once again they appeared on street level, going up the street again, but halfway up, Ranma detoured into "Spells 'R' Us", followed by his pets. Much thumping and banging ensued, until the group emerged again. Ranma was now female and looked a lot more... healthy; Shampoo was wearing a french maid costume (which really complimented her fur colours); Ukyou wore a "playboy bunny costume" with high heels and fishnet stockings. They were followed by his esteemed colleague, the bathrobed wizard, who was yelling something about paying for the merchandise. At the end came Akane, yapping excitedly and seeming very happy with giving chase.
Up the street... down the street... up the street and into a public bath house...
<Thump! Bang! Splash! EEEEEEEK!! Rumble! Slam!>
...and out again. Ranma was now male again, Shampoo was wearing the bunny costume, Ukyou the bathrobe and the Wizard was squeezed into the french maid costume. They were followed by two enraged women, clad only in towels and waving brooms. Akane was racing up and down the line of runners on all fours, barking at them. An angrily quacking duck joined in, trying to gain Shampoo's attention. And there was much bouncing.
Down the street... up the street... down the street and into Furries 4 U! Once the clerk stopped spinning and steadied himself against the wall, he heard a tremendous banging and crashing from the back rooms, mixed in with various animal noises.
"Aaaack! My equipment!"
But before he could run into the back room, the mob emerged again, sending him spinning out of control once more.
The chase now consisted of: Ranma, Akane in the french maid dress, but still on all fours, Ukyo, Shampoo, the Wizard in a towel, A chinese boy in robes, a catgirl and a satyr-like ponygirl, both with brooms...
"Hey! Who is going to pay for those transfurmations!"
...and one Furries 4 U clerk.
