[Episode 66748] [Episode 66748]It dated at least back to world war two, and it looked like nobody had been living there for most of the time since. It was dusty, ill-kept, spiderwebs hung in the corners and there was much damage done. Some of the local rumors said it was haunted, but Nabiki no better than to believe such nonsense. Anyway, it was time to get on with what they were here to do.
"So, Ranma," Nabiki said, not moving far from where he had set her down. It just felt so much safer near him. She set down the pile of clothes they had brought with them and continued speaking. "How do we do this?"
"How am I supposed to know?" Ranma asked, carefully looking away from Nabiki's unclothed, lightly furred form.
"Well, you are the one with experience in this field," Nabiki said. "I've certainly never changed shape before."
"Hey if I knew anything about shape-changin'," Ranma said. "I wouldn't let myself turn into a girl all the time."
"Yeah, but at least you know what it feels like!" Nabiki insisted, hopefully.
"i don't always notice the change," Ranma admitted then. "It just happens."
"Great so what do we do next then?" Nabiki demanded. "And quit the shy act, considering what we've already done, it isn't exactly necessary any more."
"Errr..." Ranma muttered, chuckling nervously a little as he turned around.
"There, that was easy," Nabiki said. "Wasn't it? Nothing to it."
Two pairs of eyes gravitated downward for a moment, resulting in a shared blush and two werebats suddenly turning their backs on each other and sitting down against that back.
"Too bad there ain't an instructional manual with this," Ranma muttered. "Like insert tab A into slot B or sumthin..."
"Err...we already did that part, Ranma," Nabiki said, blushing through her brown fur.
"When did...uhh..." Ranma paused and flushed as well. "Right...err...ummm..."
"Okay, okay," said, interrupting various expressive grunts. "Do you have any theories at all on how this works? Anything from your martial arts or anything at all?"
"We could try visualizing, i guess," Ranma answered.
"Just imagine it then?" Nabiki asked.
"Worth a shot," Ranma said, shrugging.
