"They're fake clones," the blonde informed her cheerily.
Or, as the case may be, just finish them off and be done with it.
"I didn't think so," Uranus murmured, drawing closer to Setsuna, and edging slightly to one side. Neptune edged the other way, leaving 'Hotaru' and 'Setsuna' back-to-back.
"Um, you want me to help?" Venus asked anxiously.
"I've been blasted enough for one day," Uranus replied dryly. "Keep an eye out for anyone coming, okay?"
"Sure!" Venus chirped.
Uranus's attention, however, was rivited on 'Setsuna'. Whatever else these clones had, it didn't include the ability to transform, at least. If anything, Uranus thought that they were slow, almost sluggish.
Trying to feel out her opponent's defenses, Haruka jabbed at her midsection with her sword.
'Setsuna' lurched to one side with blinding speed, then rushed in and attempted to smash a fist in Uranus's solar plexus. The senshi danced out of the way, scowling, and swiped at the extended hand with her sword. The flesh parted easily, green and yellow fluids seeping from the stump and spattering on the ground.
"Oh, gross," Uranus commented, when 'Setsuna' drew back to nurse her wound. Relaxing her guard, she glanced over to the battle between Neptune and Hotaru.
"Why are you trying to hurt me?" 'Hotaru' asked in a monotone, drawing inexorably closer to Neptune. Neptune backed away slowly, shaking her head.
"Michiru!" Uranus called. "They're not real! It's not really Hotaru, so you can-- OOF!"
Her lapse bought 'Setsuna' the time she needed, and the green-haired, green-blooded woman slammed a fist into her stomach, doubling her over with the force. "Strong," she gasped out, one lashing hand grabbing 'Setsuna's' long hair, and yanking on it.
The clone made no noise, simply jerked its head back and flailed with its one hand. Uranus growled, shoving her sword through 'Setsuna's chest, and driving the point home right where her heart should be. It slid in with a satisfying 'squelch', and a flow of green fluid. "Damn, that felt good," she said aloud, turning her attention to 'Hotaru' and Neptune.
