Washuu was in a boat that was pretty similar to the one Honey was currently in, she was a member of a harem and was unexpectedly content with the idea.
Needless to say this was about as far from her plans as she could have got. She'd been ready for the chance that Tenchi would choose Ryoko or Ayeka instead of her, or at least she thought she had been. That had been her downfall feally, for all her brilliance she had not been able to see the true depths of her own feelings until it was too late. Due to the loss of her first husband Washuu had built up subconcious walls to keep herself from ever loving anyone so deeply, so that she'd never have to experiance such a level of emotional pain again.
Then along came Tenchi, gently worming his way through her defences without meaning to until one day she woke up and suddenly realized that once again she was in love.
She was in love and it terrified her.
So, appart from the odd flirting, she'd shown no sign of her feelings. Hell she'd actually tried to frighten Tenchi away from her.
Then, when she'd seen him marry Ryoko and Ayeka, the walls came down and she'd seen just how baddly she'd wasted her second chance for happiness.
Given her state of near Ryoga-like level of depression it was small wonder that she had fallen prey to the Powers 'recruitment drive'.
Now she was the new warrior of the planet Mercury and devoted fiancee of Ranma Saotome.
Quite frankly her only complaint was that she was serverly limmited in what she could do to help.
Knowing full well that Washuu was one of the most dangerous individuals that it was trying to take control of the Power had cut her of from her normal array of hyper advanced technology. While she still had her formidible intellect to work with she was unable to even access her holo computer.
Still, with her entry to the Neo Senshi she'd recieved a copy of the Mercury computer. While not quite as advanced as what she was used to it was still plenty to work with. Also she'd been cobbling together various weapons together using Earth technology pieces as the bases. While she (luckly)hadn't been able to cook up a duplicate dimensional cannon yet she did have a nice blaster and light sabre.
She had a new family, a new love and a damned lot of fun to have beating up evil.
All in all she was okey with things.
On to the new Lady of Mars!
