A 16-year-old Puchiko smiled as she watched the Krellians fret over the rebel DNA that had been introduced into the system. If not for the efforts of Rabi-en-Rose, Digiko, and herself, the Krellians would have began the invasion and assimilation of the Earth.
Ultimately she was thankful the Frei scouts assigned to watch the Sol system for Krell activity had given the Greatest Team of Superheroes Ever (No, Really)* the means to foil the Krell's first attempt. Rabi-en-Rose had hacked into their systems to allow the breach in the defenses neccessary while Digiko pretended to be a pizza delivery girl to the Krell's Japan base. Besides containing moderately good Italian-American fast food at an affordable price, the box had two nanobots swimming in the complementary cup of garlic dipping sauce. Nanobot 1** contained a spy camera and Nanobot 2 was carrying a sample of Frei DNA. While the Krell soldiers opened up the garlic sauce***, N1 quickly found a Krell transporting to the mothership and hopped a ride while N2 attached itself to the Cocooning machine.
Puchiko was now on her shift of monitering the Krell's activity. It was quite fun, actually, due to the fact that the Krell leaders were losing their shit over the latest developments. Krell tend to have emotionless voices, so their body compensates by changing colors. Blue is the color of anger, and at the moment the leaders' bodies were such a dark blue that they were nearly black.
Puchiko sighed. Fun was fun, but there was work to do. The first Frei-hacked Krell mutate had emerged with their personality intact. Her hand tapped a few blinking lights on the control panel and called up a viewscreen.
*Digiko was not that adept at naming things. **Neither were the Frei. ***It is a well documented fact that scary insectoid aliens refuse to eat pizza if there is no complimentary garlic dipping sauce.
