"I can understand the kunoichi being out of aloop, but unless you've had your head up your ass werecat, the 'kid' over there wants the damn werewolves head for what he did to that Nabiki girl and he kidnapped my friend Kagome so I want him too!"
Britanny snarled lightly, "Pardon me for not totally paying attention to his and your's situation since I've been preoccupied with the fact my best friend has been turned into a thrall!"
"Likewise I'm worried that the bastard is trying to turn her into one even if she's got some friggin' spiritual powers that usually keep her soul safe."
Britanny was a bit stunned there, this rude half-demon was actually voicing concern for somebody? He came off to her as 'selfish, and easily dislikable'. Suddenly now it seemed that the 'arrogence' could just very well be a front to hide his emotions.
"As for what we can do, while I haven't seen Ranma over there fight for real, wat I've smelled and sensed offa him is some pretty damn good power for a mere human. The only person here who even matches it is the red-haired woman."
"My Mom has a name you kno-..wait a second did you say Ranma could take on Mom?! But she was clocking you both when you arrived!"
"He was holding back, can't either of you feel his aura? As for me I'm good but she's got better fighting skills." (power on the other hand goes to Inu-Yasha ^^)
"I'm not an aura-feeler person," Britanny admitted.
"I usually can detect a fighter's aura but his eludes me." Luan replied.
"Maybe your focus needs tuning." The hanyou snorted, "In any case considering I fight demons and demi-gods on a daily basis I can handle a dumb werewolf even if he does have magic. Hell all I need is some silver and he's toast, feh Iceron was an idiot to allow such a dumb weakness as silver to be a were's downfall. When the age of magic faded the magic weakness wasn't much of a threat to weres but silver isn't a rare commodity."
Britanny frowned at the were-bashing, but there was a ring of truth to it. If she even touched a dinky silver utensil that part of her that touched it would burn or burst into flames depending on the purity of the silver and how much of it there was.
"Okay so that answers you, but what does Ranma have to give him an edge?" Luan inquired.
"Ask his friend Nabiki, I did and I know I don't need to babysit his ass whenever we find that wolf bastard," Inu-Yasha replied as he walked off.
"Why her?"
"Because he's too damn modest and sheepish to tell everything least he sounds like a damn braggard."
Luan and Britanny looked at each other skeptically, it seems they had alot to learn about their current houseguests.
