Ami didn't immediately recognize the victim but it was easy to determine that after the Enemy (due to the bandages, wide hat, and trenchcoat she still wasn't sure if the Enemy was male, female, or something less common) had begun fighting - relatively innocent bystanders might have been targetting either accidently or by design.

After all, other than the menace and power - they knew nothing about this new Enemy.
