Meanwhile across the room Theo was glad that his flaming skull hid his real facial features, or else everyone in the room could have read the worried expression on his face.
Back when the lich king had possessed Ranma, the creature's last words had seemed almost like a prophecy that spelled his own son's doom if not Theo's. Thanks to the knowledge and power Ranma had inherited from his grandfather it was very possible that Theo's son might have started down that road himself. Even to this day the arch mage knew Ranma feared that part of himself and the king's last words. "Kill him now son, for even now he walks down the same road as I, and the time will come when he shall take my place against you in this arena of combat."
Ranma's sudden disappearance might of had something to do with that. Although, he still couldn't fathom what Dao had to do with it. But genie magic was almost a big a mystery to him as draconic was, so the possibilities could be endless.
"Well?" Julia demanded while fingering her sword and bringing Theo out of his train of thought.
"Ok, ok I give, I give," the man before the Diggers family said. "But...
