"Aww man.." Ranma muttered before sighing and moving off toward the disturbance. "A martial artist's duty is to protect the weak.." she thought glumly.
Ranma sighed as the victim she had rescued went running away into the night without a word of thanks. 'Oh well.. now to find that hot water..' her thought was broken off by a fist.
"Hey! What the hell was that for?!" Ranma yelled out in a rage at the unprovoked attack.
"For attacking that girl and chasing her, demon." the blond girl he had spotted earlier gritted out as she kept up with the attacks.
"I was helping her!" Ranma yelled out indignantly as she kept up the dodge tacticts without fighting back in the hopes of getting the fight to end peacably.
When the girl continued evading without attempting to attack back, Buffy began to doubt her resolution.
