At first she couldn't understand what was being said but finally Ranma figurred out that the conversation was taking place in English instead of Japanese.. which was worrisome. After a bit of concentration she could start to make out patches of what was being said although she still was missing a lot.
"Her .. father gave her to us.. almost reminds me of my own father." a voice remarked.
".. your father ate your brother .. never .. guessed another father like him." a second voice responded.
Ranma cursed mentally as she figurred out her old man had sold her out again.
".. lots of energy. She .. good sacrifice .. open the ..mouth with." the first replied.
'This does not sound good..' Ranma thought worriedly. 'I don't think I want to stick around here.'
Ranma quickly worked at her bonds until she was freed then silently faded off into the night.
'Where the shit am I?!' Ranma thought furiously as she realized the streets and houses she was passing as she hurriedly roof-hopped away from her captors.
The design of the buildings and the width of the streets were all wrong to be anywhere in Tokyo.. plus there were way too many gaijin wanderring about for her comfort. 'When I find pops he is so going to pay for this."
Finally, Ranma's roof-hopping adventure had led her to a large group of buildings. Ranma hopped down to take a closer look of the sign.

Ranma groaned as she realized the sign was in English and she couldn't read it. 'Damn it, pops! Where the hell did you mess up and get me kidnapped too?'
Ranma decided that finding out her location wasn't as important as finding some hot water so she could change back to normal.
