A icey blue mist flowed from Ranma, shrouding him and Saffron from view.
"You think this will save you Saotome" Saffron roared and started throwing fireballs in every direction
"No but this will" a chilling female voice cried out
"BINDING FROST"
The mist condensed around Saffron binding him in place with chains of ice
"N-no i-it's not p-possible, I-I am fully Ascended. I-I am a t-thousand time more p-powerful than you m-mortal" Saffron stammered out, his flames stifled.
"Nobody threatens my Momma. Goodbye Saffron"
"DIAMOND DUST"
The last of the obscuring mist faded revealing Saffron, now a statue made of ice and a tall woman with pale blue skin and gold spotted sapphire hair.
Hair which was bound in a pigtail.
With a sharp piercing cry wings of ice burst from Ranma's back and swept forward shattering the statue formaly known as Saffron into a million pieces.
