It was with a measure of suprise that he noted the Power Cosmic as the genetically endowed birthright of Ranma Saotome.
The Watcher contrary to external appearance did indeed have emotions and was well aware of the Nerima Wrecking Crew. How he'd become aware of them was irrelevant. That he found their antics amusing to a degree was not!
An elusive smile more noted upon certain blue haired clones graced the Watcher's face as he observed the evenst unfolding. This at the very least wouldn't prove boring.
