"This stinks," said Ranma, managing to put quite a lot of feeling into the phrase.
Not that anyone noticed it.
Akane hmmphed and turned her back to him, a sure sign that she was still not happy with the situation.
Nabiki noticed and couldn't resist a twisting of the knife. "Jealous, Akane?"
"WHY WOULD I BE JEALOUS?!" yelled Akane at her sister.
"Maybe you've got some kinky thoughts about what it would be like turned into a gi and having Ranma wear you?" guessed Nabiki.
"HAH!" said the furiously blushing Akane. "As if!"
Nabiki nodded. Satisfied. Akane getting into kinky situations and seeing perversion everywhere, even when it didn't exist? Clearcut case of projection. That section in social studies on psychology had clear ramifications for business dealings. How very interesting.
As for Uranus and Mars, on hearing fighting on the stairs they had chosen sniper positions to cover the door to the room.
Happosai was a little concerned.
While he wanted to punish this - whatever it was - for turning eyecandy into not-eyecandy, he wasn't sure WHAT he was facing. Male. Female. Human. Not human. There were only two things he was sure of. Powerful and angry. He could feel a 'desire for vengeance' coming off the figure.
Happosai dodged as a sleeve of the trenchcoat made a jabbing motion. He noticed this thing was almost as fast as he was, giving a little alarm to him.
Out came his pipe, which improved his reach. Using the mouthpiece he could use it as a slashing instrument due to some modifications he'd made in it.
The wide floppy hat came down in two pieces, followed by the sunglasses.
Happosai dodged another blast, feeling an odd tingle from its near passage. "Ahhhhhh, maybe I'm a little old for this."
The Second Law of Anything Goes - self preservation - came into play. Dodging wildly, Happosai decided to wait for a more opportune time to get the wrappings off and see what they were facing.
Ignoring Kasumi (she hadn't attacked it), the figure continued up the stairs.
