Peering at the sign, Akane sighed. "Great... So how long do we have to wait?"
"Not sure. Run three time a day, but is how you say... not very being when say so a lot."
"Just perfect..."
"It come soon enough, so you no have worry, okay? No need go back or wander. Just say to wait. Is fine?"
"I guess..."
"Hey..," muttered Yuka, "Has anyone seen Kuno?"
"The last time that I saw him, he was trailing after some of those Amazon girls," replied Sayuri as she held Piglet in her arms.
"He not here?" asked a worried Cleanser.
"Maybe he's wandering around."
"That not good. He need get on bus."
"Why?"
"Uhh... No reason. Just want him able get home."
"Right..," drawled Yuka, "And the big surprise is that we lost Ryouga."
"We lost him, or did he lose himself?" Sayuri asked.
"That jerk probably did both," groused the youngest Tendo. "He'll probably show up at school a week from now, asking us what we're doing in... I don't know... someplace like... Jurai..."
"True..."
For a moment, Cleanser considered asking about where it was that they were talking about, but thought better about it. With this group, she just didn't want to know. And getting familiar with them wasn't what she wanted to do.
"So, how do we get home from here?" the Piglet-hugging girl asked.
"Is simple. You take bus, yes?" the Amazon told her, "It bring you to town where train come. You take train to coast city, and you take either boat or flying machine home. Can even call family."
"Well, thanks for the help."
"You is welcome. I want help you get on way, so you can be on way home."
"Why, that's real nice of you. Maybe we can come visit sometime."
"Ehh... Is no needed. You just get home, and I be happy."
"If you say so..."
"No worry. I be fine."
"It is going to be dull," Akane commented, as she looked around.
"Sorry, but this country bus."
"I know, but I really want to get home, and having to wait so long is aggravating."
Groaning under her breath, Cleanser watched her charges explore a bit, while:
