As the people of the Wizarding World sat down to read their morning paper, and drink their morning tea, an article caught their eyes, and started a chain of events that was sure to be a major pain in the neck for Harry, Dumbledore, and the Hogwarts staff... not to mention the Ministry!
"BOY WHO LIVED INVOLVED IN ALIEN MAGICS?"

It has come to the attention of the Daily Prophet that Harry Potter, 'the Boy Who Lived,' has finally returned from the undisclosed location where he has been staying for the past three years.
However, to our surprise, Mr Potter has returned to us, trained in completely unknown, and highly dangerous types of magic. It is even rumored that Mr Potter, a First Year student at prestigious Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, was able to single-handedly defeat an adult Mountain Troll, a creature that many adult wizards would find difficult, because of their great size, strength, and ability to resist spells.
Your valiant reporter has taken it upon herself to get to the bottom of the mystery of how and where the Boy Who Lived mastered such potent magic, and what plans does the Ministry of Magic have to deal with such power in the hands of a child!
Unfortunately, all attempts for statements by the Hogwarts staff, Mr Potter, and the Ministry, have been rebuffed at present. But be assured, I will discover what it is that they are hiding, and bring you the Truth, dear Readers!
