"Would you like to strike first?" Sif asked politely.
"Why thank you. We would at that," the lead minion replied with a smile. "Who's going to do it?"
"I will," declared another minion, "I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper! I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!"
"Why, that wasn't nice," the redhead mumured with a frown.
"Sorry, but I've got to be a good minion, and that means being nasty. Nothing personal."
"I understand. There is nothing personal in this either," she told him, and whacked him over the head.
The minion's eyes rolled back in his head.
"She got Kenneth!" gasped another minion.
"That bastar..," barked the minion next to him, before stopping and frowning. "She's too nice to call her that..."
"Didn't like him much anyway. Always insulting others and all that rot."
Megumi blinked for a moment and then shrugged before transforming to Mercury.
"Ah hah! Have at you!" yelled a minion.
Rolling her eyes, she shot him in one of his arms. "There. With a like that, you can't fight."
"This? It is but a flesh wound!"
"Okay, what about this hit in your leg. Now you have to limp."
"Which shall not stop me! Have at you!"
"Right... Let's see what happens if I hit you in your other arm."
"That hurt... Now I shall have to gnaw you to submission!"
"Then I guess that I'll have to hit your other leg."
"Is that your worst?! I shall not be defeated!"
Mercury stared. "You're on your knees and without the use of your arms! What can you do?!"
"I shall fight on!"
"Oh this is stupid. I'm leaving."
"Then you give up! You yellow twit! Running away are you?! Come back and get what's coming to you! I'll bite your knees off!"
"Not unconscious and without your teeth, you're not," Mercury told him and backhanded him into dreamland.
"Then we shall use the Mystical Hand Grenade!" shouted a minion who happened to be next to Sayoko.
Freaking a bit, Venus kicked out at him, yelling, "Get that thing away from me!"
That proved that protective coverings around sensitive areas had little strength against a woman's high heel and he dropped it in the middle of pulling the pin.
"Oh dear..," went one of the others as he watched the small device roll to his feet.
Having already turned to Jupiter, Chihiro winced a bit along with the minion she was facing. "That did not look like it was enjoyable."
"It certainly did not..," he agreed.
"You know that I'm going to have to fight you."
"Yes, I do..."
"Sorry about this," she told him and tossed him onto the pile of other minions.
The lead minion took one look at his decimated forces, and yelled "Retreat!" .... before turning and running into a wall.
"Oh dear, I hope we didn't hurt them too much," Sif fretted as she looked over the downed minions.
"Ah, they'll be fine," Mercury told her.
"I hope so..."
"Just one thing," Sayoko put in.
Chihiro looked at her. "What is it?"
"Who's going to clean up this mess?"
The four girls looked at each other and then scanned the area while:
