"I guess we'd better seperate Luan and Gar," she said in tone of humor.
She leaned over the pair and lightly tapped Gar on the shoulder. At the contact the Jagwere turned to look up, draw Luan's gaze with him, and both saw their amused teacher's expression.
"She's stopped choking now, Gar," Julia informed him. Both snapped ot a seated position and stared downward, face burning as Julia moved on to check on everybody else.
She waved a hand in front of Moisha's dazed and frozen face, but received no response. Checking the rat's pulse, she found that Moisha was still alive, but apparently unresponsive. Then Moisha fell back and twitched a bit before lying still again.
"She fainted," Julia said, looking a little strained.
Carla was already recovering herself and clutching at her throat as Julia came by to check her over.
"Is she a necromancer by any chance?" Carla asked weakly.
"I'm doomed," Romeo was moaning. "She'll kill me in a month."
"She's not cooking anymore," Julia promised.
"Thank the gods!" Several voices proclaimed, along with other, similar, statements. Moisha didn't say anything because she was still fainted. Raphiel's only comment was "ahhh, that's not fair." Lydia, meanwhile, was flapping her jaw and pointing at Raphiel but seemed incapable of actually getting any statement out.
