"Something grandiose, you say?" asked a suddenly worried H'll "Aren't you going a little overboard here?"

B'nee's appendages moved in a way indicating amusement mixed with condescendence "He is supposed to prevent the extinction of his race and the death of his world, correct?"

"We have no idea what caused their disappearance" pointed out H'll "It could have been a minor thing such as a complete failure of their meteorological control systems..."

"... or a catastrophe so great it wiped out almost all traces of their civilization. Probabilities and a few clues found down there favor this hypothesis. Better have him overpowered than the opposite!" countered B'nee with an eager voice.

H'll thought about it for a few microts then spoke "You just want to experiment something weird on that primitive and all this drenn you've told me is to give you some moral ground, am I right?"

B'nee sweatdropped and chuckled nervously "Why, how fhural of you... Doubting the goodness of my hearts. Ohohohohoho..."

H'll didn't buy the outraged act of his/her colleague "You're completely fahrbot... You know that, right?"

B'nee decided that enough was enough and switched subjects "Enough of that, I have found the perfect empowering for our little primitive..."

• "Alpha-class psychic powers! And we also give him... Three sidekicks, yeah! A big cat, a flying dinosaur and a giant robot, that'll do!"
  "You've watched that animated tape we salvaged again..."
  Ranma becomes Babel Nisei.
• "Have you noticed his DNA is highly compatible with those of other species. What about a little creative genetics? We have samples from many interesting species: Juraian, Saiyan, Kryptonian, K'Tee, etc..."
• "We graft a ZuField crystal in his body and let it do the rest"
  "That balmarian thing? The weapon who learns, adapts and betters what is used against it? The Doomsday machine that just WON'T DIE? That's it, you're really fahrbot!"
• "I'm reading high levels of bio-energy in his body. We could connect him to an alternate dimension to give him an infinite power source!"
  Ranma gets the same ability as Fei of Xenogears.
• "I've always wanted to try those cybernetic implants/nanomachines from the last archeological site" Uh oh...
• Something else entirely.
