"Yes, exactly," said Marilyn, so glad this wasn't going to be one of those misunderstandings. "Since you're Sailor Venus, you're obviously off limits. On the other hand, I noticed you looking at Ry-Ry. He'd make quite a nice pet, don't you think? He's had a harsh life where he's been always lost and alone and going off on vengeance quests and the like. Now he can find love and help you out."
"I see," said Minako nodding. She slowly stood. "Venus Star Power. Make UP!"
"You do realize you're naked briefly during that?" Marilyn thought it polite to point that out. "By the way, you might notice the sign over there. If you use an attack while in the store..."
"Crescent Beam! Hey! Whoa! What the!"
Sailor Venus disappeared into the floor.
Marilyn quickly checked. Yes, it looked like her Senshi transformation had been neutralized and Minako Aino was being altered.
Drumming her fingers on the counter, Marilyn checked. Ah, this Ranma Saotome guy had just gotten several new pets and seemed okay. As well as being a dedicated martial artist. He could take care of the new Minako, as having her in the store would likely draw the rest of the Senshi who may very well end up in the same situation.
Hmmm. Looked like she went under without much in the way of struggle. Perhaps Aino-san actually wanted this to occur on some level? It wouldn't be the first time someone had attacked the store specifically to have the store pay for the transfurrmation process.
Oh well. Interesting. It looked like the transfurrmation and the Senshi transformation abilities were reaching a balance. Specifically:
