"Ranma is going to be chased by a girl named after a microsoft office program?" Nabiki asked in confussion.
"Oh no," Bel-sumi replied. "It's like this ...."
Meanwhile, in the secret underground base of Ideal Driving Force Organization: ACROSS, Evil Overlord Ilpalazzo had gathered his loyal minions.
"Well then, let's discuss today's plan for city domination, the first step on the road to WORLD DOMINATION! This is plan number 7,827,413-and-1/2, but before we proceed I'd like to ask about our new member."
"Yes!" ACROSS member#1, Excel, reported hypersonically. "I am glad that you noticed and asked so I can tell you that, having finally eaten my emergency rations (Menchi was so delicious fried and served with apple sauce), and I was forced to search far and wide for a replacement until I was so exhausted and colapsed after a hard day of prowling the city only to find this little fellow sneaking into my bed and thus I present to you my replacement emergency food supply, whom I decided to call Porkchop! Isn't he cute piggie!?" It seems that she's never heard of a thing called 'air' - or at least is able to speak without needing to fill her lungs with it.
"Bweeee!!?" replacement emergency food supply, 'Porkchop', squealled as he struggled in the hyperactive blonde's grasp. "Bwweee! Bweee!!!" (*curse you Ranma, this is all your fault!*)
"Whatever!" Ilpalazzo declaired. "Very well, roll call. First of all, Staff Officer, Hyatt-kun!"
"Reporting!" the blueberry-haired woman, Across Member #2, Hyatt, saluted then began hacking up her lungs until she drowned herself in her own blood.
"Bweee!?" 'Porkchop' cried in alarm.
"Don't worry, she's just dead again," Excel whispered to the little piglette and mashed him comfortingly to her breasts. "She'll resurect soon enough."
"Ah, well. Next up our soldier, Menchi ...ah, Porkchop-kun."
"Bweee?" the piglette exclaimed in soft confussion.
"And finally, that leaves our Toilet Cleaner, Excel!"
"Yayh!" Excel exclaimed excitedly. You may have noticed that what she lacked in brilliance she at least made up in enthusiasm.
"In any case, let us proceed," Ilpalazzo decried. "Onward with city domination plan number 7,827,413-and-1/2!"
....
"Why are you waiting?"
"Uhn... It's just that you haven't told us what it is that plan 7,827,413-and-1/2 is yet, Ilpalazzo-kun," Excel replied. "... and Hy-chan is still dead."
