Genma the Genius: Ranma vs Kuno part 2 [Episode 85057]

"Uh oh." Akane commented nervously as Ranma and Kuno stood opposite each other. "Ranma, look. . ." She started

"Haah!" Kuno called as he jumped forward slashing downward with his boken. As Ranma swerved sideways to avoid it he shifted into a sideways strike which Ranma just backed out of the path of.

Ranma blinked, and looked down to where his shirt was now cut across the chest. "My shirt!"

In the distance clouds appeared in the sky as thunder cracked.

"Heh," Kuno smirked, then stepped toward Ranma, striking upward with his boken. As Ranma dodged the strike and leapt toward Kuno, the kendost pulled his arms back and struck downward with the hilt of his boken, right toward Ranma's advancing head.

The sky darkened as more and thicker clouds moved before the sun.

As he came at Kuno, Ranma suddenly spun forward, dodging Kuno's strike, a moment before suddenly extending his foot backward as a brace and his elbow forward right into Kuno. The Kendoist was hurled backward.

Mannaging to land on his feet, Kuno paused a moment to gulp a few breaths of air, then charged back toward Ranma who leapt at him.

Suddenly it began to rain.

"Gaah!" Ronri called, leaping under the protection of the building a moment before the downpour enveloped him. He looked worriedly toward where his brother and Kuno were coming together. Then his attention shifted to the gates, and the Panda charging through them.

Genma leaped toward the dueling pair, suddenly whipped out a large piece of black fabric, with a snap expanded it to envelop it and the pair, then suddenly it was running into the building, one arm clutching a red hared figure while the other folded the fabric.

Kuno blinked, and looked at the straw dummy that was now stuck to the end of his Boken. Then he blinked, realizing that his wooden sword had somehow been switched for some sort of long red tube. He extended one hand and batted away the straw dummy, revealing a rapidly vanishing string with a sparkling flame at it's end. He looked down at the word ACME on the side of the tube, just as the flame consumed all the string and entered the tube.

"Why did it have to rain?" Ranma complained as he casually buttoned up a new blue shirt. "I'm sure he was this close to actually attacking me seriously!"

"I wouldn't be so impatient to see that if I were you." Akane called in a worried tone.

"Oh, have you seen him really fighting?"

"Well there's one trick I've seen him do once." Akane said uncertainly. "He, he blasted a hole through a mountain with it!" she sighed. "Please, try not to piss Kuno off too much. I know he's scared of using that technique, but with that temper. . ."

"Blasting a hole through a mountain. . ." Ranma said with a far off look on his face. Then his mouth twisted upward into a huge grin. "Oooh, I can't wait to see it!"

"Ranma!" Ronri called from where he stood by the door. "Don't rush that sort of thing, especially not when we're already late for class!"
