Time was running out. He could feel it in his bones. If he doesn't get another body that can hold the awesome Psycho Power soon, things could get messy.
Bison turned on his communicator to radio Cammy. "Status?"
"No sighting of Ryu in this sector, sir."
Bison gave a small growl. His other plans at drawing out Ryu had not gone well. Ken Masters had went off on a training trip while his family had left for their own vacation so targeting him was not possible at the moment. Sagat had gone off on his own search to find Ryu and fight with him.
There was still one extra route that he could try. The young girl who he had observed briefly before. Her fighting style was similar to that of Ryu's. He might be able to make use of this "Sakura" after all.
However Bison wasn't the most optimistic person and he was frustrated at the lack of progress for finding a new host body. It seemed like that cop who he had killed years ago would get the last laugh.
He paused for a moment. Just before he dealt the final blow, the cop was babbling on about how his daughter with the aid of a potentially powerful martial artist by the name of Ranma Saotome would defeat his Psycho Power. His sources from around the world had heard of incredible feats coming from the young martial artist. Perhaps his potential could be far greater than Ryu's.
Bison smiled to himself before turning on the radio again. "There's been a change of plan. I want you to track down a boy by the name of Ranma Saotome and bring him to me."
"Yes, sir. Cammy out."
There was a sound of footsteps approaching him. "You're Bison, aren't you?"
Standing a few feet from him was a man wearing an odd suit with a skirt. "The high authority of Shadaloo, a lowly criminal organization. I don't know what you want with Ranma but my superiors have given me explicit orders to bring him back to headquarters. You shall go nowhere near the boy."
"Juli. Juni." The two girls immediately appeared on both of Bison's sides. "Kill him." With the order given, Bison teleported away to make further plans.
"Good. A field experiment. Krizalid. K9999. It is time." Two figures walked towards the dolls calmly. One had an odd looking coat while the other had a strange looking blue glove. Both of them had a glazed look in their eyes, signalling that they weren't all there in the mind.
