Ranma could see that the newcomer was man in a military uniform of some sort. The man also had a patch over one of his eyes. Ranma could tell this man had experience in battles and in the martial arts.
"A man named Zero had a very powerful weapon that struck Southtown and destroyed it. We may have stopped him but the war has just begun against NESTS." Heidern explained.
"My name is Heidern. I am the leader of the Ikari Warriors. It is a mercenary group." the man introduced himself. The man sat next to Ranma.
"Now who are you?" Heidern asked.
Ranma answered."Ranma Saotome. I'm just passing through to find my house after a training journey."
Heidern nodded and both men just sat quietly as Ranma ate his ramen. Heidern nodded as he noticed that this man is a warrior. At first he didn't notice the signs but now he could see them.
"Training journey? Martial arts?" Heidern asked.
Ranma just nodded and finished his ramen. Bidding the soldier goodbye Ranma walked off to find the house Bast had set up.
As the old soldier watched the young man walk off in the distance he picked up a communicator.
"Leona. I want you to find out everything about a Ranma Saotome that you can."
Heidern paused.
"Why? I don't know. Let's just call it a hunch." Heidern answered.
