Back in Nerima the Nerima Wrecking Crew were all crowded in the Chinese restaurant known as the Nekohanten or Cat Cafe. Still some of the crew were doing their same old routine.

For example:
Ryouga was swearing revenge on Ranma for hurting poor, sweet Akane and making his life a living hell.
Kuno was making speeches about the cowardly sorceror being banished by his glorious self.
Mousse was angry and happy about his obstacle gone. Angry because Shampoo was sad and happy that he was just plain gone.
Akane was angry and promising to use the Pervert Punisher aka the mallet on Ranma for flirting with some floozies. All her competition including Kodachi were giving her strange looks.
Both Soun Tendo and Genma Saotome were acting the same. Soun Tendo crying about the schools not being joined and Genma Saotome moaning about his dishonorable son.
Still others were acting out of character. For example this list included the following:
Shampoo, Ukyo, and Kodachi were having worried looks on their faces about Ranma.
Kasumi and Nabiki were worried as well.
Nodoka could be added to the worried list as well. She wasn't even going on Ranma being manly.

Cologne just got an old orb out of storage. Slamming her staff on the ground she got the attention of everyone there.
"This artifact is called the Seeing Eye. It will let us locate Ranma without any trouble at all." Cologne said. "Seeing Eye, Seeing Eye locate Ranma Saotome for us."
The orb remained dark. Everyone looked at Cologne who was wearing a look of shock on her face.
"What is going on here? The Seeing Eye can always locate something." Cologne muttered almost to herself.
"The reason the Seeing Eye is not working is because of us, Cologne." A woman's voice said. All the NWCs' eyes turned to the voice.
