As soon as he got in, he was met by a bundle of energy that swamped onto his legs. "DADDY!"
The mage smiled, bent down and picked up his daughter. "Hello Gina. How are you today?"
"I'm fine. Mommie took me to the park and we had a lot of fun there."
Theo smiled. "That's good. Can you run along a bit. I need to talk to your mother."
Gina nodded and ran off as soon as Theo put her down.
Walking to the kitchen, he saw his wife who turned to look at him. "Well? How was the trip?"
Theo sighed deeply. "The trip was a total disaster."
Julia blinked. "What happened?"
"Well, it's like this." With that, Theo went into a detailed explaination of what had happened in Ireland, leaving out the parts of him messing up with the book and his meeting with Gothwrain.
Julia frowned. "So all the Werecheetahs are gone huh? That's too bad."
"Well, not all of them." Julia looked at him. "There was one Werecheetah alive. A cub that was saved by a most unusal Werecat."
"Unusual?"
Theo shook his head. "I, I don't know what type that he is. He was big, black, and I mean he was larger than any Werewolf that I had seen before."
Julia thought about it. "Maybe a Werelion mixed with a Werepanther? That's what I gather from your explanation."
Theo thought about it and shook his head. "No, the Werecat had these HUGE fangs from his mouth. And I think he was bigger than a Werelion. But the worst part is, he's very intimidating. I think he could scare a Dragon out of its scales."
Julia chuckled. "You're just exagerating there."
Theo shook his head. "You'd have to be there to understand Julia."
