Setsuna stared as she looked at one of the timelines. The Sailor Senshi were there any they were halfway normal. But this wasn't, what caused her to stare. Their location was and the time. At first she thought, they somehow ended up on Terry Pratchet's Diskworld, but than she saw that giant platform, with the large landscape on it, was smaller, about 1500 miles in diameter and 80 miles high, and a clear result of a very advanced technology.
She looked briefly into the past of this timeline. Mankind made first contact around 2087 with an alien scout ship that choose the solar system to have a reactor leak. Other than in other timelines without the Silver Millenium, mankind didn't unite under one government, but some nations formed something bigger nations and went out into space, resulting in the USA, the European Union, Russian Federation, China, Japan, India and others to become interstellar nations. It also resulted in several not earth based nation, such as the Central Galactic Union or the Free Republic Plophos.
Around the time, when mankind had colonized more than 2500 planets, the UN, still the same old debating club, choose to create something like the UN on a galactic size. So they started to build the platform and needed 150 years to finish it. As it went online and humans and other races colonized it, they started to call it Babylon. Now it existed for nearly 600 years.
Nerima and Jubaan were located on Babylon as diplomatic base for the Japanese Empire in the Stellar Union. Ranma still had his old live, but this time in moving from planet to planet to learn martial arts and still dragging financees behind. And the Senshi, they lived normal lives, just like they would normally do. Setsuna chuckled a bit, when she saw Luna reacting to the aliens with her natural paranoia and getting several stares from the ones that were able to hear her.
Still she liked to know how the hell she was to create Crystal Tokyo in that reality.
