Setsuna's Fault: Pluto misplaces her marbles [Episode 89884]

Setsuna slumps against the wall, a pained look on her face from the Everest-sized stress headache pounding in her skull, not to mention the facial tic and 1000yd stare.

*TOING!*

And there goes her last strand of sanity.

Setsuna retreats from reality in the face of massive and repeated failure and goes catatonic.
She just can't face the guilt and stress anymore, so her mind regresses to childhood, before she became Pluto with the attendant responsibilities. (your choice if it's the Moon Kingdom chibi-setsuna or the reborn Crystal Tokyo version)
Sinking to Ryoga levels of depression, she becomes suicidal. "I've got to go now." "Where are you going Setsuna?" "To throw myself in front of a truck." (truth ward still in effect)
She goes into overkill mode. "If I kill off all males, they'll have to end up in Usagi's harem..."
She has a simple, old fashioned nervous breakdown
restart or something completely different
