Ranma never thought that his decision of hunting the gear hidden in the Devil's Grove would led him to meet his future wife. His journey towards the confrontation with the gear was full of battles against most of the participants of the previous tournament and a new face, Johnny, the captain of the Jellyfish Pirates. It was full of moments like fighting seriously against Ky, Sol and Testament, or discovering that the “new treat to the world” was a sweet girl that disliked fights.
He arrived first than everyone else to Devilīs Grove where fought fiercely against Testament and avenged the fall of his father. Then he met her… Dizzy, the former Maiden of the Grove as she is called now even if believed dead by the world. Their battle, if that could be called a battle compared to when she was possessed by Necro, was quickly stopped when he realized she refused to fight despite the attacks of Necro and Undine. Appealing to his code as Holy Knight he befriended her and swore to protect her from the incoming hunters.
It wasn’t too much time when Sol, Ky, Jam Kuradorebi, Potemkin, May and Johny arrived one after the other. Testament and Ranma had a hard time with the consecutive fights but managed to defend Dizzy, only losing to Sol who advanced to fights and defeat the commander gear but refused to kill her. In the end, all swore to protect Dizzy too. Ky faking her death, Jam claiming the bounty, Potemkin swore protection and Dizzy going with the Jellyfish Pirates. Ranma returned to be a wandering knight after promising Dizzy his help when she was in trouble.
“It wasn’t too much time when I had to help you” said Ranma. He was walking along Dizzy and Aria, their daughter who looked the same as Nu-13 from a parallel universe they visited after one of I-No’s tries to get rid of them. They were again displaced from their home. This time in Tokyo of Ranma’s original timeline when Genma’s wish was completed after Ranma helped to stop the apocalypse of the world by That Man. They were going to Ranma’s House.
“I’m still thankful for that time. But you didn’t had to die” said Dizzy recalling when he found her after falling from the sky because of I-no’s attack and followed her after Necro’s possession. He finally confronted her after she almost killed I-No; it was fierce fight that ended with his death. The sad event what was free her from Necro’s possession.
“You know I would do it again for you”. Ranma told her trying to cheer her from the sad memory.
“You were lucky that Mother resurrected you. Don’t think it will happen again” Aria reclaimed to his father.
“I will keep it in mind.” He answered to his half-gear, five year old daughter who was now a grown woman in body and mind. He had had the same conversation with Dizzy years ago.
“Then you almost died again twice.” Dizzy reclaimed him this time. The memories of the battles against a resurrected Justice by the P.W.A.B. at the end of their journey together to control her powers, and Valentine during the final rise of That Man were still fresh in her mind.
“I’ll remember it”. Ranma said to his family. “Well, we are here. Hello again pops.” Ranma spoke as they arrived to his old home. His old family was arriving too. “Ranma?” Asked a shocked Genma. Behind him were Nodoka and their daughter, a ten year old red head named Reiko. They were socked as well. Ranma assumed they were his mother and a sister.
“I’m back”. Ranma answered him with a smile.
