"[Huff! Puff! Hah!]" gasped the Rattata. "[Made it!]"
It had been a close call. Her claws had slipped a couple of times before they finally caught on something. She then scrambled to pull her body up onto the ledge. The Pokemon rested for a bit to catch her breath.
The drop from the cliff-face to the beach below would not have killed her, but the smug look on the nag's face and that insufferable attitude would have been too much to bear. She'd chew off her own tail before she'd let that rube get the better of her.
Nabiki turned to look back down at her Trainer to taunt him. She had heard him shout in concern then in surprise as a wave smashed into him from behind. That was too good to pass up without teasing the sap.
Her Trainer was the kind of human she liked. Not too smart. Somewhat altruistic. And best of all, she could sweet-talk him without having to resort to charades like with other humans.
"[Worry about your own self, Saotome!]" yelled the Rattata. Then jerked her head back in surprise as the Pokemon realized that the human coughing up seawater was not the human she knew as her Trainer.
The Ponyta steadfastly watched the approaching waves. She only had about ten more of these blasted jumps left to do. Ukyou didn't see the point to these exercises; these jumps were tedious and menial. Still, it would be worth it just to rub it into the runt's face that the rat was slow and fat.
Her nostrils flared as she breathed in the moisture-laden sea air. The next wave was fast approaching. She tensed then leaped into the air. As she cleared the crest of the water, she heard her Trainer yell out something then get cut off. He was probably caught unawares by the waves.
As the surf sank back down and exposed the rocky outcropping, the Pokemon landed safely back on her feet, her hooves sizzling as they clopped down on the moist surface of the rock. The next wave big enough to crest over the rock was still some distance off so Ukyou turned to look at her Trainer.
The Pokemon whickered in amusement at the sight. Ranma was drenched completely. His clothes were soaked and were plastered against his body, so much so that he looked like he shrunk in size. She could make out through the wet silk shirt the nipples on his breasts. His hair, dripping wet, was loosened, and several dangling locks covered up his face. His hands brushed against his pouty lips as he finished coughing up the seawater he had swallowed.
Wait. Breasts? The Ponyta's eyes widened in shock as she finally noticed that the drenched human standing on the other rock outcropping was not the Trainer she knew.
