Nope. No matter how many times he shut and reopened his eyes, he still did not reappear in the Tendo guest room. Instead, he was in:

• a deep forest.
• a futuristic looking room.
• a jail cell.
• an abandoned wasteland.
• some strange city.
• Kansas. Imagine that.
  Nah, just kidding. Something else.
