Devil at Hogwarts: Meeting [Episode 92672]

by Disruptor

Harry Potter gasped for breath, after Dudley punched him. He was about to call lumos to find his wand when he felt something. He wasn't sure what, but it caused him to shiver a bit more than the Dementors. The Dementors paused and turned to face about about Harry's age, maybe a year older, with strange black eyes.

"Heh. I do need something to distract from the pain," the boy said.

Much to Harry's horror, the boy strode up confidently to the two Dementors. Harry watched in horrified shock as the boy started pounding on the two Dementors and then grabbed both of them and broke their necks and let them crumple to the ground. The boy who had accomplished what was said to be impossible walked over to Harry and looked down. He picked up Harry's wand and offered a hand up, so Harry could stand.

"Why are two Wights here?" the boy asked.

"They were here to attack me. I didn't know what OI was going to do. I'm not allowed to use magic over the holiday, otherwise I'll be expelled," Harry said. "Um? Who are you?"

"Hmm? Oh? Sorry? My name is Akira Fudo. I was thinking about that stupidity. I guess I should grab those bodies and see what happens," the boy said.

Akira walked over to the Dementor corpses and one-handedly threw them both over one shoulder and looked at Harry.

"Do you live near here?" Akira asked.

"Number Four Privet Drive. Are you a wizard?" Harry replied in a bit of shock.

"Am I a wizard? I guess in a way I could be called one," Akira replied with a laugh. "Although, how I learned my magic is not recommended. By the way, who's the whale?"

"That's my cousin Dudley Dursley. I have to put up with him and my Aunt and Uncle, because it is the safest place to stay due to some kind of Blood Ward protection," Harry replied, as the two of them walked towards Harry's 'home'.

"What Blood Wards? I don't see any. I see a ton of monitoring wards and some distraction wards, but no Blood Wards," Akira said in a bit of confusion.

"But Dumbledore said that he sent me here because it is the safest place for me," Harry objected in shock.

"With all those other wards up, it might be. But, there are no Blood Wards. If there were, then these Wights could not have approached within three kilometers of the house."

"Why do you call them Wights? I thought they were called Dementors," Harry asked.

"Because they are. Get a weapon of cold-forged iron and whack them with it and it will hurt them. The so-called International Confederation of Wizards changed the name, so non-magics would not know how to protect themselves from this creature," Akira replied. "I just have a different source of information that they couldn't stop."

"So-called International..." Harry began.

Akira interrupted with disgust. "There are only thirteen European countries in that group. Those thirteen twits pass rules and regulations that affect the entire world. Because a group of wizards in South America refused to abide by their rules that they set up in 1692, they exterminated them. I think you can read up on what happened to the Aztecs in the public library. Just remember that the ICW also had an agenda that the non-magics didn't know. About seventy-five percent of the world's countries have not signed that Secrecy Act of 1692. China and Egypt, the two oldest countries in the world, didn't and yet they have to abide by it."

"I can't believe that's true," Harry muttered to himself.

"Believe it. However, there are several problems that the ICW are having. There is a castle in Florida of America called Coral Castle that has been a blatant poke in the eye for the ICW. The American wizards have sat back and said they couldn't do anything, since it is known and is now a national landmark of America."

"What about other countries?" Harry asked.

"About the same for those far away from Europe. Hidden inside teachings of chi or religion in some of the Asian countries. Then there is how I learned magic, which breaks almost every rule they could come up with and there's not a thing they can do about it since everyone involved save myself and one other are dead and I did something unprecedented," Akira said, and stopped in front of Number Four.

Akira knocked on the door and waited. A man looking somewhat like a walrus opened the door and looked at Akira and then Harry. He started to purple with rage, before Akira stopped him.

"Your son is up the street from being fear shocked by these dead Wights. You might want to go get him," Akira said calmly, while pointing to a large lump lying on the sidewalk. "If I hadn't showed up, he would have his soul stolen."

Vernon paled and went dashing up the street. Akira stepped out of the way and let Vernon go.

"He really doesn't like you, does he?" Akira asked.

"No. My first ten years was living in a cupboard under the stairs. He kept lying about my parents dying in a car accident and tried to beat the magic out of me," Harry replied.

"All for some non-existent Blood Wards?" Akira asked, shaking his head.

"Non-existent?" a woman's voice said.

Akira looked around and saw a woman with a long neck staring at him.

"Yep. They don't exist. By the way, do you have some large sheets that I can use to bag these two Wights up? I believe Harry here called them Dementors and they almost got to your son. I have the feeling we're going to need them later," Akira said with amusement.

"Are you one of his friends from that freaky school?" Petunia said.

"Hogwarts? No. That's one of the wards up around the house. Anyone from that school without the express permission of the one who set the wards up are confused and sent on their way. There is also some sort of ward up that redirects most owls for some reason and records anything going to and fro from this house on papers carried by owls. There is also a ward up that records anything being said within this house and recording anything being said on the telephone," Akira replied. "I can see magic somewhat, if you want to know how I can tell you this. There are a lot of confusion wards up. A new ward that was put up about two or three years ago covered some sort of elf."

"Dobby," Harry muttered, as he felt his anger rise. "What about you?"

"Let's just say what I did to learn magic is almost impossible to repeat and is not covered by those confusion wards. Why are you angry?"

"I spent years here and now you're telling me that it's for nothing. I don't want to be here and I know that the Dursleys don't want me here either. After my parents were killed, Dumbledore had Hagrid bring me here. Hagrid said that he took me from Sirius Black and brought me here for my own safety."

"Sirius Black?"

"My godfather. He was thrown in prison without a trial about a month after my parents were killed and broke out recently to watch over me."

"Sounds like Dumbledore is guilty of kidnapping," Akira mused. "I wonder if you can sue him. By the way Mrs. Dursley, I do need that sheet for these corpses."

Petunia quickly went to the kitchen and opened a trash bag and pulled out a stained sheet that smelled a bit sickly. Akira took it and dropped the two Dementor corpses on the center of the sheet and then wrapped them up.

"Thank you. Now we should talk and I really don't care if this Dumbledore knows or not."
