There are two major felinoid (or cat-like) civilized races in Aramar that I've encountered. One is the caiveh, who are mostly lion-like humanoids who are tall and embrace a sort of back-to-nature philosophy. They are mainly Barbarians under the Rules, though not bad people if a bit less well mannered than others and more prone to show casual violence.
The other are the more civilization-embracing kirrfolk.
Kirrfolk are shorter, averaging a bit over three feet in height, more playful, and are considered a "halfling" race by local definition. For those familiar with the same source reading I am, Kirrfolk are closer to kender than they are anything out of Tolkein's works but with a decidedly different bent as they are cheetah-based felinoids. They're not quite as prone to pickpocketing, nor quite as fearless as a kender would be - but they make up for those lacks in other ways such as a tendency for monomania - focussing on a particular subject to such an extent they ignore practically anything else.
They are normally hyper and move about quickly, with frequent catnaps to replenish energy. This frantic activity-nap cycle is something inherent to them. They're fairly thin and don't live that terribly long, old age usually hits in their fifth decade. They also eat more than you'd expect from such a thin folk, but then so do most halflings. Unlike caiveh, their claws are blunt and don't retract.
Kirrfolk villages look somewhat ramshackle - thrown together with spit and bailing wire, thatch roofs, and wide windows that double as doorways. In Shadar there are several who are excellent herbists, and the village of Minao on Cross Isle exports medicinal teas as its main industry.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" yelled Ranma, running down the corridors.
Feet blurring and wondering what the male had taken offense at, Lexi pursued, her soft boots finding traction on the deck quite easily.
One elf observer turned to another elf. "Marriage prospect?"
"Probably. How droll," said the second elf, his lip curling in disdain. "Lesser species."
"True," agreed the first elf. "A kirrfolk, no less. That was one of those male Delphins, wasn't it?"
"I think so," tsked the second elf. "Never saw the appeal myself."
"Well, they are the lesser races," added the first elf, sniffing dismissively. "They hardly have the advantages of our own kind."
"So very true, I'd pity them if they didn't wallow in their vulgarity," said the second elf.
"Hmmm? Your cabin or mine?" asked the first elf, a gleam in his eye.
The second elf smiled. "Thought you'd never ask."
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" yelled Ranma, racing through a ballroom.
"Wait! I've never studied a human before!" exclaimed Lexi.
The assembled passengers stopped and looked down the corridor.
"A human? One of the Elder Race? Here?" An elfmaid blushed prettily, though the look in her eyes might have caused Ranma to jump ship no matter the altitude.
"Surtag's Hell, my boyfriend's dumped me for another guy," said another elfmaid, "if nothing else he might make a good diversion."
A dark elf stood up, shaking her head at these antics, and merely walked off. It'd be nice to talk to someone who wasn't as superficial as these surface elves.
"AHHHHHHHH!" Ranma realized he'd come to a dead end, there was a railing and a dropoff that had clouds drifting below it and what looked like farmland. Way way way way down there.
He spun but there was no sign of that little critter-gal. "Whew. I lost her."
"Was this some kind of human ritual? I wonder."
Ranma swallowed, turned back towards the rail, and then looked down. The feline winked and smiled, showing rows of sharp teeth.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" (ZOOM!)
Lexi wondered if there was some aspect of ancient Hume culture she hadn't run across. Further exploration was necessary!
