Think about it. This is a rare hunter, he may have lost, but he'll be back up again, and then he'll use his deck to beat more people with rare cards while looking for the God cards.

You grumble for no apparent reason at no one while you pick up the marked cards. Instead of putting the cards in your pouch, you put them in your left pants pocket. You have now added the rare hunter's cards to your own.

Simple, when you go to clean the ink off of your cards, you will know where they are and not have to worry about them being mixed in with your cards.

If Yugi's grandpa is around, you could go see him about getting the ink off of those cards. He is a game-store owner after all.

Hmm... Might be worth a shot. And I don't have to tell him that I took them, I could just tell him that someone spilled some special ink onto the cards and I need the ink removed.
Well, whatever works. You can also go around and watch others while they duel and take in their strategies.

Plus there's a good chance that if you go to the one who lost their duel, that they may trade some cards for new ones. People tend to think that they have faulty equipment when something goes wrong.
True, it's more or less luck of the draw here.
You could go and look around some more. You may get lucky and run across another rare hunter that was beaten, or you could challenge a rare hunter if you come acros him.

You could go and just meet up with Tea again.
